ChinaBizCheck.org provides Chinese business information verification services ("Reports").
We collect and organize information from publicly available government records, judicial databases, intellectual property databases, and commercial registration sources, and provide translation and risk analysis services for international clients.
Our services are based solely on publicly accessible information and do not involve any non-public sources or internal government data.
Our Reports are digital and intangible products.
By placing an order, you expressly authorize ChinaBizCheck.org to immediately begin data retrieval, translation, and analytical work.
Once work has commenced, the service shall be deemed partially performed and orders are generally non-cancelable. All sales are considered final.
Delivery is deemed completed once the Report or secure download link has been sent to your email address.
We may use delivery logs, access records, download records, or third-party tracking tools (such as DocSend) as proof of delivery.
Refunds may be issued solely at our discretion under the following circumstances:

The Report is provided for informational and due diligence purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, accounting, investment, or professional advice.
